TL 90 SE TILLINGHAM BROOK ROAD

House. C17 with later alterations and additions. Timber framed and
weatherboarded. Red plain tiled roof. Right and left external red brick
chimney stacks that to right large and offset in Flemish bond. 2 storeys. 2
window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes, pentice boards to ground
floor. Central gabled porch. C20 panelled door. 2 tarred weatherboarded
gabled ranges at rear. Chamfered bridging joists internally.
