Early C19 house built at rear of, and incorporating part of separate kitchen block
of No 28 High Street. 2 storeys. 2 paired windows. Hipped Welsh slate roof.
Rendered limestone rubble ground floor; slate-hung, timber framed 1st floor. Plain
eaves cornice and string at 1st floor level. Paired sash windows with glazing bars
to 1st floor. French window with side lights to ground floor. Interior with chamfered
ceiling beams and part of dado to ground floor room. C17 or earlier kitchen block
retains old fireplace opening with oak lintol and brick arches.
