The description shall be amended to read:-
Terraced town house. c.1760 with some Edwardian alterations. Brown brick with
stone faced ground floor, slate roof. 4 storeys, basement and dormered mansard.
4 windows wide, right hand wide spaced. Enclosed stone porch with rusticated
semicircular arched entrance having engaged columns in jambs. Recessed sashes,
those on upper floors with stuccoed reveals under flat gauged arches. Stone
cornice over 2nd floor, attic parapet with coping. 1st floor stone balustraded
balcony carried out over porch. Cash iron area railings. Rebuilt behind facade
in 1969-71.
