A C18 timber-framed and plastered house considerably altered in the C19 or early
C20. 2 storeys. The windows are double-hung sashes with single vertical glazing
bars. Roof tiled, with cut and shaped bargeboards to the gables.

Mixoe Mill House, Water Mill and Stables form a group.
