The remaining part of a much larger C16 red brick house which is said to have been burnt. The chief feature is the large two storey bay window on the north front with five-light windows and single-light window on the return faces. The ground storey window has one transom and the first storey has two. Above the bay there is a three-light mullioned window and a gable with moulded capping and spired finials. On the east side there are similar windows (blocked). The windows have stone rustications. The other windows are C18 double hung sashes with glazing bars. Roof tiled, with a red brick chimney stack with three diagonal shafts, rebuilt in the original pattern. There is a single storey wing at the east end, with an original stone arched doorway. The interior has some original features.
