Outbuilding, now garage etc. C17/C18. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; front portion has double Roman clay
tiles, the rear Welsh slates, with stepped coped south gable with weathervane finials; in this south gable garage doors
below, and above a 2-light hollow-chamfer mullioned window with label; further mullioned windows to sides. Interior not
seen. Against west wall, towards north, and probably relocated, a return wall with gateway, having ashlar piers with
cornice caps, step and ball finials; wrot-iron gates with diagonal braces.
