House. Early C19, formerly occupied by the Butler at Petworth House, now occupied by
the Administrator of the National Trust. Two storeys. Three windows. Stone rubble
with red brick dressings and quoins. Eaves cornice. Slate roof. Glazing bars
intact. Porch up 3 steps with iron handrail, Doric columns and round-headed doorway
with semi-circular fanlight. Pentice portion of one storey and one window to the
south.
