Semi-detached villas. c1830 Portland Estate St John's Wood villa development.
Stucco; slate roof. Italianate-Grecian. 2 storeys on basement. 4 windows wide
in all. Doorways in outer bays with fanlights and pediments on console
brackets. Recessed sashes, in architrave surrounds, tripartite on ground floor
with cornices on consoles. Plat bands over basement. Overhanging eaves on
shaped console brackets to low pitch hipped roof. Flanking corniced chimney
stacks. No 19 has cast iron palmette geometric pattern balcony to 1st floor.
Similar villa type to the adjoining Eyre Estate.
