Early C19 house, in grey gault brick, with grey slate hipped roof. Red tile
ridges. Two storeys. Three window range double hung vertical sliding sashes.
Central grey brick chimney stack. Simple doorcase with moulded head and pilasters.
Gauged brick arches. Square plan. Two window range to road front. One ground
floor late C19 bay window. Grey brick wall in 'rat trap' bond to Kelvedon Road.
