House with shop C18 front. Coursed rubble, Cotswold stone roofs, central
brick and ashlar chimney. 2 storeys; parapet raised to flat apex.
Pediment in centre to conceal the flat that the front incorporates two
houses. 4 bays, set-back bay to right-hind, 2 inner ones with wide angled
bays with glazing-bar sashes, ground floor left hand bay squared C20 for
shop window. Outer doorways; to left (County Library) reeded surround and
C20 wooden brackets, glazed overlight to 6-panel door; to right-hand,
ledged door to alley.
