1841. S A Greig, Architect. 5 window stucco front, 2 storey and semi-basement.
Rustications to quoins and between ground floor windows. Doorway has coupled Doric
pilasters and balustraded parapet. Dentil cornice. Contemporary raised lettering
to frieze and over doorway. Sash windows with glazing bars. Roof not visible.
