Circa 1700. Probably converted from farm building. Of red brick in Flemish-bond
with blue-glazed headers. Fly-hipped roof pegtiled. Windows modern 2 over 2,
pivot sashes. Two storeys. Central to first storey and blocked doorway, modern
front door beneath. (Probably once a granary).
