House, now offices. Mid C19. Limestone ashlar, slate roof with
stone stack to rear. Double-depth plan with rear wing.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; one-window range. The facade is dominated
by a full-height canted bay to the right with 8/8-pane sash
windows to the 1st and 2nd floors and a plate-glass sash to
the ground floor. To the left, steps lead up to a semicircular
arch, a radial fanlight and C20 door. There is a blank window
to both floors above the door and platbands between the
floors.
