Farmhouse, now offices. Late C17/early C18. Coursed limestone
rubble with freestone quoins, rendered to the front; concrete
tiled roof with stone coping and moulded ashlar stacks to
4 gable ends. L-shaped plan with rear right service wing.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 4-window range. The range to the left is
lower with cyma-moulded stone mullions and hoodmoulds to
3-light stone-mullioned windows with C20 casements (2-light to
the left return). The main block has plain stone-mullioned
windows to the 1st floor, 3-light to the left and two 2-light
to the right, with a datestone "B.E.E.1701" to the left. The
central doorway has a stone cyma-moulded architrave flanked by
C20 4-light bay windows with concrete pent roofs.
The right return has 2- and 3-light windows with C20 glazing,
those to the 1st-floor right with mullions.
INTERIOR: not inspected but noted as having been altered.
