Cottage in a row. Circa early C19; extended circa mid C19. Coursed stone rubble. Pantile roof with gabled ends. Brick gable-end and axial stacks. PLAN : 2-room plan cottage with central entrance and with 1-bay extension on right [north]. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3:1 window front. 2-light casements with horizontal glazing bars, ground floor with flat and cambered arches. Doorway to left of centre [at centre of original 3-bay cottage] with panelled door and simple wooden canopy. INTERIOR not inspected.
