Houses. Late C16, restored 1980s. Timber-framed and stuccoed,
old tiled roof. 4 room single-depth with lean to outshut.
EXTERIOR: single storey and attics, ground floor has three
2-light wood windows with horizontal division into 3 panes in
each casement, taller 8-pane closed window, at right. Two C20
oak battened doors with small glazed upper panel, with flat
hoods on cut brackets. 2 wide gabled dormers at front, with 4
light small-paned casement windows. Rear slope runs downwards
over catslide. Central yellow brick chimneystack on ridge, and
at extreme right (east) against party wall of No.56 (qv).
INTERIOR: not inspected.
