House, now subdivided to form 2 dwellings. Mid C18. Grey-brown
brick, Flemish bond, front, old tiled roof behind stone coped
parapet.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3 bays, squat proportions indicate
possible refronting of earlier structure. First floor with 3
windows, C20 replacement plain glazed window at left, blank
recess in centre, 9-pane sash at right, all under rubbed brick
flat arches. Ground floor has similar arrangement of windows
with central 6 fielded and raised panel door in moulded eared
architrave surround, with pulvinated frieze, modillioned
cornice and modillioned pediment.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
