House, now ground floor shop with offices above. C18 with C19
and C20 alterations. Timber-framed, plastered, with old tiled
roof, slate roof over long rear outshut.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. First floor has 2 flush-set C19 sash
windows with divided glazing in architrave surrounds; second
floor has 2 smaller similar windows; ground floor with C20
shopfront recessed below plaster, restored following removal
of earlier deep fascia. Long narrow rear out shut with 1
modern 3-light casement on second floor, C19 triple sash on
first floor, with external staircase access to offices, ground
floor storage.
INTERIOR: not inspected above ground floor. Forms part of a
group on a prominent street frontage.
