Toll house. c1823. Painted stucco, slate roof hipped over a
canted bay to the front, rendered ridge stack to rear. L-plan
including a C20 rear left wing.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; one-window range. The canted front facing
Dawlish Road has 3 full-height recessed segmental-arched
panels articulated by 4 angled pilasters to the corners with
impost bands to the arches. One C19 2-light casement window to
the centre of the 1st floor; 3 similar windows to the ground
floor are set in semicircular recessed panels. Other windows
and door are C20.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
C20 extension but otherwise an intact example.
