House to the left of a terrace of 3. Early C19. C20 painted render, slate roof with rendered stacks to the right party wall and left gable end. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. 6/6-pane sash windows to the 1st floor. To the right is a doorcase with pilasters supporting an entablature, panelled reveals and soffit over a 6-panel door with raised moulding to the panels. To the left' is a fine former shop front: single-storey curved bay with a moulded cornice, frieze and dentil band over narrow panelled pilasters articulating 12-pane fixed windows with reeded sills to the outer sides and 8 panes to the centre, over a wooden apron, probably a former door. INTERIOR: not inspected.
