House. Early C18. Part used as shop. Red brick; roof of
corrugated concrete tiles.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and dormer attic. 3-window range. Facade
has platband at first floor and blue brick diaper patterning.
Central early C20 half-glazed door within a timber doorcase
with hood. One 2/2 horned sash right and left under segmental
heads. 3 similar first-floor sashes under soldier arches.
Dentil eaves cornice. Gabled roof with one C20 flat-topped
dormer fitted with a 2-light casement. Internal gable-end
stack to east.
INTERIOR: main ground-floor rooms with chamfered bridging
beams with tongue stops.
