House. 1924, by Oliver Hill. Grey brick with pantile hipped
roof and central stack with deep centre panel. Rectangular
plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys: both entrance and garden sides have
5-window fronts, the central 3 windows set in boldly
projecting centrepiece. Outer bays have doorways on ground
floor, a tripartite sash window on first floor. In the centre
are three 2-light French windows to ground floor under round
arches and three 8/8 horned sashes to first floor. Coved
plaster eaves. Hipped roofs to centrepieces.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
