Terrace of 3 houses. c1820, with C20 alterations. Colourwashed
brick; roof of mixed red and black glazed pantiles; truncated
internal gable stack at both ends; central ridge stack between
Nos 267 & 269.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; No.267 has 2-window front, Nos 269 & 271
1-window fronts. No.267 has central door of recessed panels
flanked by one canted bay window right and left under deep
rendered and painted skewback arches. Bay windows have sashes
with 2/2, 6/6, 2/2 unhorned glazing bars. On first floor, two
3/6 unhorned sashes are separated by a blind window. No.269
has C20 panelled door to left and late C20 uPVC window to
right, under a rendered gauged skewback arch; uPVC top-hung
casement to first floor. No.271 entered through a C19
6-panelled door to right. One 6/6 horned sash left, under a
rendered gauged skewback arch, and a 3/6 unhorned sash to
first floor. Full width dentil eaves cornice.
