House. Early/mid C19. Stucco on rubble with rusticated quoins;
dry slate hipped roof; brick end stacks to original part;
cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan later extended left
of entrance front. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window entrance
front plus 2-window-range extension and symmetrical 3-window
garden front to right-hand return. Original 16-pane hornless
sashes except for horned copies to extension. Entrance front
has pilastered porch with tall consoles, moulded transoms and
cornice; pair of glazed doors and glazed sidelight returns.
Garden front has blind central window over pilastered
round-arched blind doorway. INTERIOR not inspected but likely
to be of interest.
