Detached house. c1840. Stucco on rubble; asbestos slate hipped
roof; brick stack on the right. Double-depth plan plus rear
wing. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original 12-pane
hornless sashes to 1st floor and taller 6/9-pane sashes to
ground floor. Central pilastered doorway with consoles under
moulded hood; tall overlight and original 6-panel door.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
