GV II

House. Late C18. Pebbledashed with painted ashlar dressings
and artificial slate roof. 2 bays with doorway in the
left-hand bay. The windows are C20 casements in painted stone
surrounds, and there is a flat-roofed C20 attic dormer. The
doorway, approached by 5 stone steps with railings, has a
painted stone surround with a shallow cyma moulding. To the
right of the steps is a cellar opening with a segmental head.
The cornice gutter is continued from the adjoining house,
No.32 (qv). Chimneys on gables and between houses. INTERIOR
not inspected.
