Shop and dwelling. C18 front to C17 or earlier core. Stucco;
probably hipped slate roof. 3 storeys; single-window range:
9/9 sliding sash in moulded case; 4/4 sliding sash in moulded
case; probable earlier gable roofline. Early C20 shop front
with deeply recessed C20 glazed door under panelled soffit;
moulded fascia-board and hood on consoles and grooved
pilasters. INTERIOR not inspected.
