House and outbuilding, veterinary surgery, offices and dwelling at time of listing. Mid C19. Brick; Welsh slate roof; brick end stacks to front of right hand range. Three storeys and cellar; three-window range: 2/2 horned sashes under gauged brick flat arches, to first and second floors. Entrances to right: C20 ten-panel door and ornamental fanlight, under C20-restored moulded wood flat hood on fluted pilasters; to left, C20-altered 2/2 sash under gauged brick segmental arch, and C20 half-glazed door and plain overlight, under semicircular gauged brick arch.

To right, later two-storey range: three 2/2 horned sashes under grooved stucco lintels.

Carriageway under chamfered brick arch with stucco keyblock; to right, three-light window with ashlar mullions and plain sashes with cusped heads, under segmental arches with ashlar springers. Carriageway contains part-glazed four-panel door and plain fanlight in beaded round-headed case, under gauged brick semicircular arch.
