Shop and dwelling. C19 front to earlier core. Roughcast with
stucco detailing; parapet to roof; two C18 brick ridge stacks.
3 storeys; 2-window range: 8/8 sashes under band and moulded
stone flat hoods on scrolled consoles and panelled pilasters;
3/3 sashes in moulded architraves with pads to moulded and
modillioned cornice with enriched stop-consoles; stucco
quoins; coped parapet with chamfered band and moulded cornice.
Entrance to right: moulded 2-panel door and plain overlight,
in vermiculated stucco case, under band mutilated by C20 shop
front, to left. Rear: grouped 6/6 and 4/4 sashes, to gable
wing. INTERIOR not inspected.
