Terrace row of 3 houses, No.363 now offices. Mid C19; altered.
Stucco painted white, with sandstone dressings painted black,
slate roof. Double-depth plan with short back extensions,
No.359 single-fronted and the others double-fronted. Two
storeys with basement and attic, an 8-window range, almost
symmetrical, with 2-window gabled centre, banded and
vermiculated corner pilasters, 1st-floor sill-band, and
bracketed eaves. The ground floor has 5 canted bay windows (1,
2 and 2) with pilasters and bracketed cornices, and doorways
which have Corinthian pilaster doorcases, doors with
round-headed glazed upper panels and rectangular overlights.
The 1st floor windows have shouldered architraves with
keystones, between those in the centre is a plaque lettered
"NORTON PLACE", and in the gable above this is a small
round-headed attic window with pilastered and keyed
architrave. Brick chimneys on the ridge and at both gables.
Rear and interior not inspected.
