Bank, probably built as dwelling. Late C18. Channelled stucco to ground floor, brick above. Roof not visible behind high parapet. Four storeys, three window range. Stone pilasters divide the ground floor into two main bays, with paired two-light sashes in left-hand section, blocked window and door now a window each side of central doorway in right-hand section. Heavy cornice over with paired console brackets. First floor articulated by three recessed segmental arches with twelve-pane sash windows with flat-arched stuccoed heads. Stuccoed eaves cornice with parapet over. Gable end
stack.
