GV II

House, now shop. Late C18, altered late C19 and C20. Red
brick, with painted ashlar dressings and hipped slate roof
with renewed blue brick parapet. First and second floor sill
bands, stucco cornice. 4 storeys; 2 window range. On the first
floor, a C19 single pane shop window with stucco surround and
flat hood. Above, on each floor, 2 plain sashes with stucco
surrounds, those to the third floor smaller. Ground floor
arcade has 2 round cast-iron columns.
