Row of 3 cottages and adjacent house. Probably early C18 but
extensively restored. Brick with plain tiled roofs. Cottages
to right are single-storeyed with attic dormers, each a
single-unit plan originally, the layouts now modified and No.3
entered via house block adjacent. Added lean-to porches to
Nos.2 & 3, simple door in cambered brick arch to No.1. 2-light
casement windows with cambered brick heads to first floor,
gabled dormers above. End wall and axial stacks. No.4 is a
larger building adjacent. 2 storeys and attic, 2 parallel
gables with short wing to left. 3-light casement windows on
each floor beneath the gables (2-light casements to attic),
and entrance in wing to left. Axial stack between the two
gables.
