Offices, possibly originally dwelling. Early C19. Brick with
channelled stucco to ground floor and roof not visible behind
parapet eaves. 4 storeys, single-window range. Late C19-style
shop front with central door and cambered heads to windows.
Upper windows are 16-pane sashes with flat-arched gauged brick
heads. Full-height segmentally-arched recesses flank the
windows at first and second floor, and a string course over
forms the sill band for the low attic sash window. This is
flanked by blank square panels. Gable end stack.
