Farmhouse and cottage, now 3 houses, and adjoining boundary
wall and gate piers. Mid C17, with C19 alterations, restored
late C20. Coursed squared stone with steep pitched stone slate
roof, and 3 ridge and single gable stone stacks.
2 storeys; 8 window range. Windows mainly have chamfered stone
surrounds and mullions.
Central single light window flanked to left by three 3-light
mullioned windows and to right by 2 similar windows, then a
single light window, and a 3-light window with wooden
mullions. Below, 2 doors with stone surrounds and margin
glazing, the left one larger, flanked by two 3-light stone
mullioned windows. To right, beyond a boundary wall, a C20
door and a 3-light window with wooden mullions. Left return
has a C19 5-light stone mullioned window on each floor.
INTERIOR not inspected.
Adjoining boundary wall, coursed squared stone with gabled
rubble coping, has rounded corner to left enclosing the
garden. Opposite the house, 2 pairs of obelisk shaped gate
piers, the right pair larger. Approx 100m long.
