Shop with domestic accommodation above. Mid C18, altered mid
C19 and C20. Red brick with a stuccoed facade. Machine-tile
roofs. 3 storeys and dormer attic; 4-window range. Late C20
ground-floor shop front. The first floor is lit through three
2/2 horned sashes and one 2/2 tripartite sash. Moulded
platband at second floor. 4 second-floor 2/2 horned sashes.
Gabled roof with 2 gabled dormers, the gables elaborated into
pediments. Internal gable-end stack to south. To the right the
house is built over Row 38, which has chamfered bridging beams
of C17 origin. Full-height cross-wing runs west along Row 38:
hipped machine-tile roof, two C20 casements visible.
INTERIOR: shop empty at time of survey and no access possible;
ground floor appears all late C20 in character.
