Wash-house. 1900-1. By William Huckvale for Charles Rothschild. Coursed rubblestone with pyramidal thatch roof and stone stack with moulded ashlar flue. Rectangular plan. Single storey with plank doors facing rear of cottages (qv). Part of the significant group of the model estate buildings of Ashton built by Charles Rothschild.
