House. c1850. Flemish bond brickwork, slate roof.
3 storeys; to Commercial Road with 2 windows, all plain sashes
to stone sills. At the eaves are 2 sashes, above bold canted
oriels with large sashes and deep skirts, and a sash at ground
floor. Left of centre is a C20 door under an elliptical arch
with plain fanlight.
Return to Wesley Street has identical fenestration, but there
is a square 6-pane fixed display window under the right-hand
oriel, and, at the extreme right-hand end, at the corner, a
panelled door in an identical arched opening. A small stone
plinth, a mid plat band, and second floor sill band. The roof
is hipped to the outer corner, and there are 3 large ridge
stacks.
