House. Mid C18. Rubble. Stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Two 3-light windows on
ground floor. Two 6-light windows above mullions and window surrounds are square.
Off-centre doorway has chamfered surrounds. Evidence of blocked doorway immediately
to left. Small square recess above may have contained datestone. Prominent
position facing end of Higherford Old Bridge.
