Late C18 front 3 storeys brick ground floor with upper part tile hung with
mathematical tiles. Gable end old tile roof, moulded wood eaves cornice. 2nd
floor paired sashes, flush framed, glazing bars. Central canted bay window
to 1st floor, sash glazing bar lights, cornice, plain apron. 2 flush framed
sashes on ground floor and door of 6 flush panels with 3 pane rectangular fanlight,
all under small moulded fascia across front.

Nos 2 to 18 (even) form a group with Nos 1 & 3 and with Friary Court and
Craddock House, The Friary.

Nos 2 to 18 (even) also form a group with the Old Bell Inn & St Anne's Garage
Exeter Street.
