ST 9958 POTTERNE COURT HILL

14/125 No 36 (Yew Tree Cottage)

House, late C17 altered, red brick with some rubble stone to ground
floor and ashlar dressings. Hipped thatched roof and end stacks.
Two storeys and attic. One 4-pane attic window in roof. Front
has ashlar flush quoins, 2 first floor cyma-moulded recessed stone
mullion windows and ashlar plaque between, with 2 rosettes.
Ground floor has cambered head casement pair each side of C19 door
in thatched rustic porch. Rubble stone rear wall and 1928 brick
rear addition. Conservatory on east end wall.
