GV II
House. Circa C18. Rendered stone rubble. Rag slate roof with gable ends and
rendered brick stack on left hand gable end. Two room and central entrance plan with
both rooms probably originally heated by end stacks.
Two storeys. Symmetrical two window front. Circa C19 rendered stone-rubble porch
with gable end and C19 4-panel door. 12-pane horned sash to right and left. Two
circa late C19/C20 2-light casements with glazing bars on first floor.
Interior not accessible.
Part of group on east side of Fore Street, Boscastle.
