Circa 1700. Three bays, timber framed and weatherboarded, roof ridged and gabled
clad with corrugated asbestos. Formerly 3 open bays on ground storey, north-east
side. Frame heavily kneed with screw-threaded bolts in 3 directions. Very good
arcature to knees. Binding-joists notched into posts, deep sectioned common-joists
with diminished-haunches. Two prick-posts in each end wall, as also in each
bay on first storey, which was a former granary. Floor red bricks on edge.
