Cl6 or earlier timber framed and plastered house on T-plan with thatched roofs.
Stem of plan along street and of one storey with attics and 2 gabled dormers,
with modern casements. Intruded first floor on a tusked beam near centre of
length. Three red brick chimneys, one central and one at each end. Two gabled
dormers, in wing with modern casements and a semi-hexagonal bow-window on ground
storey with sash windows in elaborate boxes with minutely dentilled cornice.
Inside: a neo-classical fireplace, and heavy timber framing. A slate roofed
C19 extension to wing, in-line.
