C17 timber-framed and plastered house, altered in the C18 and later. Two
storeys. Three window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A modern
gabled central porch projects on the front, and there is a small canted
bay on the ground storey. At the rear there were formerly 4 gables, now
only one remains. Roofs tiled. (RCHM 28).
