Cottage. Early C19. Local greensand stone roughly squared; Welsh slate roof with plain gables; brick end chimney
stacks. 2 storeys, 2-bay South elevation. 20-pane sash windows; between bays a C20 glazed door; all openings have flat
voussoired heads. One-storey lean-to on West side with stable door; to East a single storey tiled roof extension. Rear
elevation includes 2 casement windows with older pattern leaded lights to first floor. Interior not seen.
