C17 timber framed, refaced C18, altered. Attached to rear of No 36 Broadway
(q.v.). Tiled roof, two storeys, one bay with exposed timber framing on left,
above door, with one old leaded casement to first floor. Remainder faced in
modern brick, two 3-light modern casements to each floor, the upper ones gabled.
