GV II

Southill Estate cottage, formerly subdivided. Plaque: "S W 1802", but
probably incorporating earlier building. Colourwashed roughcast over timber
frame. Thatched roof. 3-room plan, one storey and attics. Ground floor has
3 2-light leaded casements. Plank door in simply moulded surround, with
gabled bracketed hood. One red brick double ridge stack, one red brick
external stack to W gable end.
