House. Late C18 or early C19. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar and
freestone dressings. Collyweston stone slated roof; brick stack to left
hand. Two storeys, symmetrical facade. Round headed stone arch to doorway
with patterned glazing bars to fanlight and with C20 door replacement. Ashlar
and freestone jambs to window openings with flat arches, flush keystones, and
cills. Two ground floor and two first floor recessed sixteen-paned hung sash
windows.
