Terraced "4th rate" houses. c.1810-20 Portman Estate development. Stock
brick, Nos. 29 and 30 painted; slate roofs, concealed to Nos. 29 and 30. 3
storeys and basement, No. 31 with dormered mansard. 2 windows wide.
Semicircular arched doorways, that of No.29 to right and the others to
left; panelled doors with plain fanlights. Recessed glazing bar sashes
under flat gauged arches. Stone coped parapets. Cast iron area railings
with urn finials.
